Strategic Design Leadership at Enlisted
I joined Enlisted Design to grow and lead a nascent strategy department at the award-winning innovation design studio, developing a suite of new offerings that covered brand positioning, verbal brand identity, voice of customer research, experience design, innovation, and go-to-market strategy. As the VP of Strategy, I worked closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to integrate strategy as an integral part of the studio's design offerings. I managed a lean team while executing over 25 strategy programs for consumer brands, tech enterprises, and startups, exceeding topline revenue goals during her tenure.
